(Req) CurrencyStrength Board with strength in pips

CurrencyStrengthBoard_v1.7 600+ indicator was created for Premium Trading Forum. This is updated CurrencyStrengthBoard indicator with option to see the strength in pips (showInPips=true).

The version is working for MT4 build 600 and above
